In a move that some may find amusing and others obtrusive, the French will slap on a gigantic webbed carbon Kevlar observation deck that doubles the size of the Eiffel Tower’s current deck.

True to the French’s artistic pride, the design is nothing short of creative genius, courtesy of SERERO Architects.

The French studio’s proposal got the nod from the Société d’Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel, who wanted to restructure the public reception and access areas of the tower for its 120th birthday celebration.
