Engagement piercings? Jeweler Johnny Brookheart, who also sells engagement rings, has created a line of engagement piercings. And we are talking major jewelry here designed not to sparkle on your finger but in your nose, navel or wherever else you might be pierced. The piece shown above, the heart navel ring, holds a two carat diamond and is set in 14K gold. It sells for $31,500. Brookheart tells Luxist that the upscale piercing demographic is a “younger moneyed buyer or the fun loving celebrity.” And just when I think we’ve run out of ways to wear diamonds…
