Another celebrity Malibu mansion has hit the market. Berg Properties Big Time Listings led us to the listing for singer Josh Groban’s Malibu home. Groban bought the home in 2005 for $4.125 million. The home is a four-bedroom Tuscan villa-style home on 1.8 acres in the Point Dume area. The property includes a one-bedroom guest house with a recording studio, a saltwater pool with a waterfall, a tennis court and a poolside cooking area.
