To ring in the new year, I’m doing a bit of crystal ball-gazing to decipher what will be new and next in the world of makeup and skincare. These are the beauty trends and ingredients I’m noticing and predict they’ll be big in ‘08:
Argan Oil:
This “new” miracle ingredient is actually centuries in the making. Derived from the argan tree, argan oil has been used by Morroccan women for years to heal and improve skin. It’s rich in skin-nourishing essential fatty acids and vitamin E, making it the current darling of skincare brands including Liz Earle, ar457 and Kaeline.
