Christie’s announces that it has been selected to offer a collection of personal property from the Estate of Leona M. Helmsley in a series of sales throughout 2008 at Rockefeller Center. The sales will feature property from Mrs. Helmsley’s New York, Greenwich, CT and Sarasota, FL homes, and will be offered in 15 sales covering numerous collecting categories including 19th Century Furniture, American Paintings, Impressionist and Modern Art, Old Master Paintings, Important European Furniture, Russian Works, Silver and others.

All of the net proceeds will benefit the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust.
